Joe Seipel, among many other things, is an artist who combines sculpture, photography and paintings into his work. “Classical Opera” is a piece that he has been working on for 30+ years and he wanted to create a video that captured its grand wonderment while highlighting smaller detailed items through the sculpture. The audio is what you would hear if you were in the studio taking in the piece. It is comprised of three separate audio tracks, Seipel’s voice, a film projector and Tammy Wynette.
